Jan says: This is an easy and quick recipe to make. It freezes well so you can make it in advance for the upcoming holiday season
Instructions
- Cook sausage meat and drain off all the fat
- Break it into tiny pieces (I use my food processor)
- Mix sausage pieces, Bisquick and cheese
- Add the first 1/4 cup of water and mix
- If the mixture is not sticking together gradually add the other 1/4 cup and mix until it sticks together
- Form into small balls
- Place ball on greased baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes in a preheated 350 F oven
- When you take them out of the oven check to see if any have stuck to the pan, if they have take a spatula and move them gently without breaking
Makes about 36 balls
