No canned salmon in this recipe; uses an uncooked salmon fillet, with corn, zucchini, carrots and potatoes.
Instructions
- In a heavy saucepan, sauté garlic, herbs and onions in butter until transparent
- Add undiluted broth and all vegetables
- Simmer uncovered until vegetables are cooked
- Add milk and salmon
- Simmer until salmon is opaque and flakes easily with a fork; do not boil
- Season to taste
- Sprinkle individual bowls with cheese and serve immediately
