Homemade Pork Chop Spice Rub Recipe

This spice rub is not only great on pork chops, but also on a pork tenderloin, whole pork loin roast, or even tuna steaks

Instructions

  1. Combine the coriander, fennel, peppercorns, salt, and cumin in a mortar and pestle and grind coarsely (or use a spice grinder)
  2. Rub oil over the pork chops
  3. Pat the chops with about 1-tbsp of the spice rub on each chop
