Pineapple Pretzel Salad

A nice creamy salad with the sweetness of pineapple and the crunch of pretzels

A nice creamy salad with the sweetness of pineapple and the crunch of pretzels.

Instructions

  1. Mix together the pretzels, butter and sugar
  2. Spread on cookie sheet and bake 5-7 minutes at 350°F
  3. Cream together the cream cheese, sugar and whipped topping
  4. Fold in the drained pineapple
  5. Fold in all but 1/2-cup of the pretzels
  6. Sprinkle the last 1/2-cup of pretzels on top just before serving

Note: Can be made the day before, but leave out the pretzels and add just before serving
