Oreo Cheesecake

For the Oreo lover! An Oreo pie crust, filled with cream cheese and Oreos, and topped with Oreos!

Ingredients

• 2 (8oz) cream cheese, softened
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/2 tsp vanilla
• 2 eggs
• 6 Oreo cookies, coarsely chopped (about 3/4 cup), divided
• 1 Oreo Pie Crust (6 oz.)

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 325°F
2. Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended
3. Add eggs; mix just until blended
4. Stir in 1/2 cup of the cookies
5. Pour into crust
6. Sprinkle with remaining chopped cookies
7. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until center is almost set
8. Cool
9. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight
