For the Oreo lover! An Oreo pie crust, filled with cream cheese and Oreos, and topped with Oreos!
Ingredients
- 2 (8oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 6 Oreo cookies, coarsely chopped (about 3/4 cup), divided
- 1 Oreo Pie Crust (6 oz.)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F
- Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended
- Add eggs; mix just until blended
- Stir in 1/2 cup of the cookies
- Pour into crust
- Sprinkle with remaining chopped cookies
- Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until center is almost set
- Cool
- Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight
