This is our favourite roasted potato recipe. Crispy on the outside, but tender in the inside!
Ingredients
- Potatoes
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
Instructions
- Cut large peeled potatoes into 6-8 pieces
- Boil for about 15 minutes, until fork tender, but not falling apart; let cool
- Coat a large shallow baking dish with olive oil
- Heat the dish in a preheated 400°F oven for 10 minutes
- Toss potatoes in the heated oil to coat
- Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder & onion powder
- Cook in oven for 1 hour
