Instructions
- Place salmon fillets on a greased baking tray
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper
- In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, lemon juice, mustard and cumin
- Spoon over salmon fillets
- Bake at 400°F for 10-15 minutes
