Gluten Free Recipe - Basic Rice Bread

A basic gluten free bread for the bread machine

(Bread Machine)

Instructions

  1. Place the buttermilk, melted butter, rice vinegar and salt in bread pan; stir with a rubber spatula
  2. In a large bowl, combine all the dry ingredients except the yeast
  3. Mix well with a whisk
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the eggs and water; beat lightly
  5. Place 1/2 of the dry ingredients in the bread pan
  6. Add the egg mixture
  7. Add in the remaining dry ingredients
  8. Sprinkle yeast on top
  9. Select “Light Crust” setting and press start
  10. If the dough doesn’t seem to be mixing well, use a rubber spatula to help with the mixing occasionally
  11. After the baking cycle ends, remove the bread from the pan and cool on a wire rack for about 1 hour before slicing
