Creamy garlic soup made with 2 heads of garlic, potatoes, carrots, and celery. A comforting, smooth soup that's easy to make. Get the recipe.
Combine potatoes, carrots, celery, onion, garlic, chicken stock and thyme in a large saucepan. Heat to a boil and reduce heat to a simmer, covered, until vegetables are very tender, about 25 minutes. Process soup with bread cubes in a food processor or blender until smooth. Return to saucepan and heat until hot. Season with salt & pepper to taste.
