Garlic Soup

2 whole heads of garlic is the reason this is called garlic soup. Also with potatoes, carrots, celery and onions processed together to make a cream soup

COOK25 minutes

Combine potatoes, carrots, celery, onion, garlic, chicken stock and thyme in a large saucepan. Heat to a boil and reduce heat to a simmer, covered, until vegetables are very tender, about 25 minutes. Process soup with bread cubes in a food processor or blender until smooth. Return to saucepan and heat until hot. Season with salt & pepper to taste.
