This recipe makes a great batter for fish and creates delicious crispy battered fish fillets.
Instructions
- Sift flour, salt, and pepper in a bowl
- Whisk in the beer gradually until batter is smooth
- Let batter rest
- Shake a little salt & pepper on fish
- Dust with flour
- Dip the fish in the batter
- Fry 6-7 minutes
- Drain and keep warm
