This recipe makes a great batter for fish and creates delicious crispy battered fish fillets.

Instructions

  1. Sift flour, salt, and pepper in a bowl
  2. Whisk in the beer gradually until batter is smooth
  3. Let batter rest
  4. Shake a little salt & pepper on fish
  5. Dust with flour
  6. Dip the fish in the batter
  7. Fry 6-7 minutes
  8. Drain and keep warm
