Instructions
- Combine the dry ingredients together
- Beat the wet ingredients together with a fork and add to the dry
- Mix until almost incorporated and then add corn
- Pour 2 inches of vegetable oil into a frying pan, heat
- Drop large spoonfuls into hot oil
- Turn over when they begin to brown
- Cook until golden on both sides
- Serve hot with melted butter and maple syrup
