Corn Fritters with Maple Syrup

Great for breakfast

A delicious bread recipe perfect for breakfast. These golden corn fritters are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, served hot with melted butter and maple syrup.

Instructions

  1. Combine the dry ingredients together
  2. Beat the wet ingredients together with a fork and add to the dry
  3. Mix until almost incorporated and then add corn
  4. Pour 2 inches of vegetable oil into a frying pan, heat
  5. Drop large spoonfuls into hot oil
  6. Turn over when they begin to brown
  7. Cook until golden on both sides
  8. Serve hot with melted butter and maple syrup
