Only four ingredients make this delicious chocolate dessert roll!
Ingredients
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 5 cups rice crispie cereal
Instructions
- In a saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate and white chocolate chips, stirring constantly until smooth
- Remove from heat
- Mix in marshmallows and cereal until coated
- Turn onto waxed paper and shape into an 18-inch log by bringing long sides of waxed paper together and pressing firmly
- Wrap tightly in the waxed paper
- Chill until firm, about 1 hour; slice
- Let stand at room temperature for 10 minutes to slice after longer chilling time
Optional
Add 1/4 cup of white chocolate chips or peanuts when mixing in the marshmallows and cereal
