Chinese Hot Mustard Sauce

Not as hot as some but still great on egg rolls.

Instructions

1. In a small bowl, mix mustard powder with 5-tsp of water to make a smooth paste
2. Let stand for 10 minutes
3. Mix in remaining ingredients
