Cappuccino Cheesecake

Ladyfingers make the crust to this coffee flavoured cheesecake

COOK40-45 minutes

A delicious coffee-flavored cheesecake with a ladyfinger crust.

Ingredients

  • 1 package giant ladyfingers
  • 2 tbsp instant coffee
  • 1/4 cup warm milk
  • 3 (8oz) packages cream cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs

Instructions

  1. Place the ladyfingers on bottom of a 9-inch springform pan
  2. Beat cream cheese & sugar in bowl with mixer until smooth
  3. Add eggs, one at a time. Mix until well blended
  4. Dissolve the instant coffee into the warm milk
  5. Blend into cheese mixture
  6. Pour into pan
  7. Bake 450°F for 10 min.
  8. Reduce to 250°F for 30-35 minutes or until centre is almost set.
  9. Remove from oven
  10. Run knife around rim to prevent cracking
  11. Cool
