BBQ Pizza

This picture was taken with an old method of dressing the pizza right on the grill. We find it better to take the pizza right off the grill, dress with toppings and then put back on the grill.

Grilling the pizza not only gives you a nice flavour, but a real nice and crispy crust. Will make 2 - 12 inch pizzas.
