A delicious baked orzo dish flavoured with mushrooms and with a crisp breadcrumb and Parmesan cheese topping.
Instructions
- Cook orzo according to package instructions
- Add soup and a little milk to thin
- Add mushrooms, onions, garlic powder, Herb de Province and black pepper; mixing well
- Pour into baking dish
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs
- Bake in a 350°F pre-heated oven for 20 minutes
- Drizzle top with olive oil before serving
